• Begin by scoping out the project and applying any relevant factors. For example, let's consider the shareholder agreement and incorporation.

• Go through the process of scoping, reviewing the model, and applying modifiers as needed.

• The next step in the workflow is to focus on the description of services. This is important for presenting the project to the client on the front end and including it in the invoice on the back end.

• Access the description of services in AltFee and view all the different line items available.

• Evaluate each line item and determine which ones are applicable for each individual project. Do the same for the shareholder agreement and incorporation.

• In the top right-hand corner, locate the action dropdown menu.

• Click on the dropdown menu and select the option to export the description of services.

• After selecting the export option, a window will appear asking for the matter's name, individual projects, and the scoped and priced dollar amounts associated with each project.

• Additionally, you will see the list of selected services that you want to include in your proposal, engagement letter, or invoice.

• Once you are satisfied with the export details, click the option to copy the exported description to the clipboard.

• The exported description, in a similar format to the one seen in Altv, can now be pasted into your preferred document software (e.g., Word document, email) or any other steps in your existing workflow.

• Paste the exported description directly into your document to seamlessly incorporate it into your proposal, engagement letter, or other necessary documents.
